MNS Selangor Branch (MNSSB) Child Protection Policy
MNSSB is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for children involved in our environmental and nature programmes.
This Child Protection Policy aims to safeguard the well-being of all children and to ensure their rights are protected while they engage with nature and learn about environmental stewardship.
The purpose of this policy is to:
● Protect children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
● Promote a culture of safety, respect, and responsibility.
● Provide guidelines for facilitators, volunteers, collaborators and participants regarding appropriate interactions with children.
Who has to abide by the Child Protection Policy?
This policy applies to all facilitators, volunteers, interns, collaborators, and any other individuals associated with MNSSB who interact with children in our programmes, activities, or events.
Disclaimer: This policy is provided in both English and Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall take precedence.
