NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the MNS Selangor Branch will be held at Bukit Damansara Community Centre, 3, Jalan Setiabudi, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 26 July 2025 at 10.00 am.
Agenda:
1.To confirm Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20 July 2024.
2.To consider and to receive the Branch Annual Report 2025.
3.To consider and to adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 May 2025.
4. Election of office-bearers for the term 2025 – 2027.
5. Appointment of Auditors.
6. Any other matters of which notice has been given in writing to the Branch Secretary not less than seven days before the meeting.

10.00 am (30 minutes)- Branch talk on “Marine Mammals” by Dr Louisa Ponnampalam of MARECET
10.30 am (2-3 Hours)- Branch AGM
1.00 pm (1 hour)- Lunch & pack up
2. Members are strongly encouraged to attend, to speak and to vote at the upcoming AGM. Your voice and vote counts to ensure the Branch can deliver on the Branch objectives always. No advanced registration is required; just walk in at the venue with your MNS membership card/digital card.
3. While food and beverage will be provided, members are required to bring their own plates, cups and cutleries for the AGM 2025.
